Guide to Submitting a Student Project

Step 2: Submit Information

In the next step, please send the relevant information and data (if available) related to the project to our experts. Note that if you do not have the necessary data, the Process Industry Anil Pars Company has a strong database of information required for carrying out chemical engineering projects (both student and industrial).

Step 3: Cost and Time Estimate

Due to the competitive nature of the projects, we will refer the lowest price offer considering the expertise of our experts, to provide our clients with the highest quality at the lowest cost. After thoroughly reviewing your order details and estimating the project costs, a pro forma invoice (if necessary) will be sent to you. The estimated delivery time for the projects will also be communicated at this stage. If there is insufficient time for the student and the delivery date does not match their expectations, the project cost will be adjusted based on an agreement according to the chosen timeframe.

Step 4: Project Registration

50% of the project cost will be collected as a deposit (depending on the project’s cost, it may be 50% or, for higher-cost projects, in multiple installments as the work progresses). Once the deposit is made, the project work will commence.

Step 5: Project Execution

The project will be executed by specialists within the agreed timeframe, and all details mentioned will be prepared for delivery.

 Step 6: Project Delivery

After the completion of the project, images and/or a report of the project will be sent to you. After the remaining payment is made, all project files will be sent to you.

Step 7: Support

Unlimited support for the project is provided after delivery. If any corrections or changes are needed, our team will make the edits free of charge (please review the regulations). There is no time limit for revisions, and whenever the client/instructor requires modifications, this will be done accurately and promptly based on their instructions.

 Rates and Project Duration

Due to the specificity of the projects, the cost of executing projects varies and must be reviewed and priced by the experts. The project execution time is determined by agreement. Please note that requesting a shorter timeframe during ordering will increase the project’s execution cost, and this will be done entirely by mutual agreement.

 3: No project will enter the execution process without a deposit.

 4: The deposit amount for each project depends on the total project cost and must not be less than 30%. This means that the minimum deposit for any project is 30%.

 5: The deposited amount is refundable within 48 hours (two days). After that, the amount paid will be deducted according to the project’s progress, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the individual as soon as possible (within 2 working days).

 6: Registering a project and making a deposit implies acceptance of the company’s regulations.

Privacy Policy

Moreover, information regarding completed projects will never be disclosed to third parties. Information such as industrial maps from petrochemical and refinery projects used for project execution will be permanently stored in the company’s database.
