Description
This unit is designed to produce LPG, butane, and propane from gases exiting the top of the gas condensate stabilization column, which were previously flared.
The unit consists of two sections ، Process and Storage :

The process section includes three subsections
liquefaction, separation, and LPG purification. The liquefaction section comprises a refrigeration unit for liquefying the incoming gases. The separation section consists of three distillation columns. For separating LPG from components lighter than C2- and heavier than C5+. The purification unit removes sulfur components using a molecular sieve process. The unit has a daily capacity of 200 tons of LPG.
